Beginners–Intermediate is for children aged 5–11, from those still learning the basics through to gymnasts building more skill. A free trial is offered on this MES session.

- Fundamentals through to intermediate skills
- Floor, beam, bars and vault progressions
- Safety-first coaching with clear next steps
Progression: Coaches will advise when a gymnast is ready for Intermediate–Advanced.
